Poem: Butterfly

Behold transforming miracle of life

Once caterpillar, now a butterfly

Icon of rebirth and of renewal

Of freedom, evolution, hope and joy

Butterflies symbolize new beginnings

From caterpillar to beauty in full flight

Sipping nectar from the brightest flowers

Wings raised like sails while resting in sunlight

Lightness of life, a lesson for us humans,

A butterfly emerges from cocoon

Flying free from safety of chrysalis

Embracing life though it will end so soon

A metaphor for human existence

Of change evolution and transience
